Joseph Santos is the founder and CEO of LegacyCore. He built the company after a decade running insurance teams the traditional way and concluding that the entire fulfillment stack — from the first call to the conservation save attempt — could be run by AI agents while licensed humans focused only on the parts that legally require them. Based in Long Branch, New Jersey.
