Transfer agents, dialers, and staffing costs that grow every time you do.

The actual product.
Real screens, live data.
A private network of licensed submission nodes — and this is the command center your seat comes with. Every frame below is the real platform, captured on a demo workspace.
Your production, rendered live.
Annual premium, active policies, monthly flat-fee earnings, and carrier mix — the dashboard reads like a ledger, not a CRM. This is the screen you open with coffee.
The AI Works the Phones.
You Run the Node.
Clients call in, and our AI sales agents answer — qualifying, walking structured health questions, and running the full sales conversation with a licensed agent supervising every step. Every submitted application then flows through an automated back office: call recording, transcription, a generated policy summary, and drafted client follow-ups ready for review. Your job is to host the node and keep it healthy. Zero prospecting. Zero rejection.
Five Agents.
One Licensed Entity.
One pipeline from inbound lead to issued policy — AI on the phones, structured submission, conservation, and compliance at every stage.
“One licensed entity. Five AI agents. A network of licensed operator nodes.
The machine does the grunt work — the licensed professionals stay in control.”
A Clean Flat Fee.
For Every Issued Policy.
No splits. No graduated tiers. No mystery math.
You earn a flat fee per issued policy — paid after a 60-day clawback window clears. Preferred placements earn the higher tier; guaranteed-issue products sit at a simpler lower tier. Clawback tracking is administered automatically. All carrier commissions and renewals stay with the agency owner — you get paid for the submission work, not for owning a book you don't service.
Prove It First
See the machine run
before you pay a platform fee.
This is a submission seat, not a sales quota. Your first two months carry no platform fee — watch the AI take inbound calls, close, and submit, then decide if the seat is worth keeping.
Two months, no platform fee
The Prove-It-First window. You host the node and watch real applications move from inbound call to carrier confirmation before a platform fee ever applies.
We only keep the fee if the policy sticks
Every issued policy carries a 60-day clawback. If it lapses inside 60 days, the fee comes back. Our incentives sit on the same side of the table as yours.
Every policy tracked to confirmation
From e-app to carrier confirmation number, each submission is logged in one place. You see exactly what was sent and what came back — no black box.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is LegacyCore?
LegacyCore is an AI-first insurance agency, not a SaaS vendor. The agency operates a coordinated set of AI components that support major stages of the final expense lifecycle: lead intake and routing, AI voice agents that work the calls, a structured submission workflow that tracks every application through carrier confirmation, post-sale conservation outreach, and an internal compliance and TCPA/DNC monitoring layer. Licensed 1099 submission-node operators host the submission node locally on their machines and are compensated on a flat-fee-per-issued-policy basis under the terms of their Independent Contractor Agreement. Built and operated by LEGACYCORE LLC.
Who uses LegacyCore?
LegacyCore serves three user types: (1) Licensed 1099 submission-node operators who host the submission node locally, monitor its health, and earn a flat fee per issued policy under the terms of their Independent Contractor Agreement; (2) Agency owners overseeing operator networks; (3) Platform administrators configuring AI components, kill switches, and compliance rules. The platform is designed for licensed insurance professionals operating under proper carrier appointments in the United States.
How do agents earn on LegacyCore?
Licensed 1099 submission-node operators receive a flat fee per issued policy, structured by underwriting type: preferred (fully underwritten) placements at the higher tier and guaranteed-issue products at a separate lower tier. A 60-day clawback window applies — if a policy lapses before day 61, the fee is deducted from the next payment cycle. Subject to the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement, the fee is generally considered earned after the 60-day window, except where carrier chargebacks or compliance findings apply. The agency owner retains carrier commissions and renewals; operators are compensated for submission work, not policy ownership. Platform fee: free for Months 1–2 (Prove-It-First), $497/month from Month 3, with a one-time $2,500 setup fee. Income is not guaranteed; results depend on lead volume, market conditions, individual effort, and carrier acceptance rates, all of which vary. LegacyCore makes no representation that any operator will earn any specific amount.
Does the agent talk to clients or sell policies?
Under the standard operating model, the licensed operator is not required to speak with clients, sell, or handle objections. Calls are customer-initiated: the AI sales agent answers and handles the conversation — qualification and structured health-question collection — under the supervision of a licensed agent. The operator's role is to host the submission node, supervise the process, and monitor its health. Manual intervention may be required to address technical or compliance edge cases.
What is the operator's role on the platform?
Licensed operators complete each submission through a structured carrier-submission workflow. The platform queues each ready application, pre-structures the client and policy data from the call, and tracks it through to a carrier confirmation number. Eligible carriers are ranked for each application so a decline has a defined next step. The operator reviews and monitors each submission.
What types of insurance does LegacyCore support?
LegacyCore is currently optimized for Final Expense Life Insurance, a category of whole life insurance designed to cover end-of-life expenses. The platform supports the carriers and product types commonly used in this market, subject to each carrier's appointment requirements and state availability. Not all products are available in all states.
