LegacyCore serves three user types within one agency hierarchy: (1) Agents, who see their own book of monitored policies; (2) Managers, who toggle through their whole team or individual agents; (3) Admins, who toggle through every manager across the agency. LegacyCore has recorded completed portal syncs for Mutual of Omaha and Americo. The product page separately shows carriers represented in the book of business; that list does not claim a live portal connection. Carrier workflows depend on the agency's authorized access and confirmed setup. Supported carrier connections do not incur a per-carrier fee.

Carrier portal access is scoped to a monitored worker flow — credentials never leave the worker and every connection requires written authorization before it happens. Every portal pull and every status change is written to an audit log. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict per-agency data isolation.

There are three flat monthly plans, each with a one-time, done-for-you implementation fee. Growth is $499/month with $2,500 implementation. Scale is $999/month with $3,500 implementation, and adds Chargeback Watch, Conservation AI, handwritten referral letters and the AI Closer (beta). Enterprise starts at $1,999/month with $5,000 implementation, and adds a dedicated account manager, custom carrier integrations and quarterly business reviews. You can start with a 60-day pilot for $1,500, and the full amount is credited toward implementation if you continue. If your first report finds no at-risk policy you did not already know about, request a refund within 14 days of receiving it and keep an export of your data. All supported carriers are included on every plan, and there is no per-seat pricing and no commission split.

AI dialers and CRMs help with calls, messages, appointments, and lead records. LegacyCore also works inside authorized carrier portals to submit applications and check policy status. Book Health flags missed payments and open requirements, and Conservation AI supports follow-up. Some CRMs offer overlapping features; the practical difference to check is the carrier work available for your agency.

No. AI Closer is in beta and transfers qualified callers to a licensed agent. Portal Worker handles application tasks within the access and workflow agreed at setup. Your agency retains responsibility for licensed advice, required reviews, and compliance.

Persistency is the share of policies still paying at month 13, measured from payment records rather than from a policy status, so an old policy that was never updated cannot inflate the number. Every figure carries a confidence label. When payment history is thin, LegacyCore says the figure is likely understated instead of showing it as a lapsing book. The persistency card and its breakdown by carrier use this calculation. The persistency figure on the home page is a simpler whole-book ratio of active to active-plus-dead policies, and the methodology page defines both.

Yes, LegacyCore is built mobile-first. All interface elements meet the 44px minimum touch target requirement, and the payment-track and status views adapt to phone-sized screens without losing information.

AI Closer is in beta. It works final expense leads by voice and warm-transfers qualified callers to a licensed agent. Calls begin with an AI disclosure. It is included on Scale and Enterprise; your plan's allowance is confirmed before setup. The other five modules are live, with carrier access and workflows confirmed for your agency.

A single report ranked by at-risk premium across the whole downline — not a raw dump of every policy in the book. It covers policies monitored, at-risk flagged, average detection lead time, and carriers connected, plus a recent-activity log of what changed since the last pull.

One product, three role-scoped views on the same underlying book. An agent sees their own monitored applications. A manager sees their whole team, with the ability to toggle to any individual agent. An admin sees the whole agency, with the ability to toggle through any manager. Nobody sees more than their role should.

The flag — lapse pending, missed payment, or pending requirement — is ranked by at-risk premium in the weekly report and the authorized role's dashboard. Drafted outreach still follows the configured human approval flow, and status changes are written to the audit trail.

Yes. Agents, managers and admins can each download their whole book as a CSV at any time, limited to what their role can already see, and every export is written to the audit log. Sensitive fields such as date of birth, address and medical answers are left out. Under our Terms of Service you retain the rights to the data you input, and you keep access to export it for 30 days after termination.
