Final expense agency software for owners with a downline

LegacyCore runs the carrier side of a final expense agency: application entry, policy status, at-risk policies and the follow-up that saves them, with agent, manager and admin views on one book. It works alongside the CRM you use now.

What it does in a week

Illustrative example: an owner with two managers and twelve agents. On Monday the book report ranks the policies at risk across all of them. During the week the Portal Worker fills carrier applications for each agent, who reviews and presses Submit. Missed payments and lapse-pending policies show up as the carrier portals report them, and the follow-up is drafted for a person to approve.

  • Portal Worker: fills the carrier application in the agent's own browser and login, and stops before the final Submit for the agent.
  • Book Health: scheduled status checks across the carrier portals, ranked by premium at risk.
  • Chargeback Watch: every policy still inside the chargeback window, with the advance at stake.
  • Downline Command: an agent sees their own book, a manager their team, an admin every manager and agent.
  • Compliance: consent and do-not-call checks before outreach, and an audit log of the work.

Works alongside your CRM

LegacyCore keeps each client's policies, pipeline stage, notes and follow-ups in one place, so many agencies run without a separate CRM. If you keep yours, LegacyCore sits next to it and the records are matched during setup.

How setup works

  • We confirm your carriers, your agents and managers, and who should see what.
  • You sign a written authorization for each carrier portal before anything connects.
  • We install the Portal Worker on each agent's computer and run the first scheduled check.
  • Plans are flat monthly with a one-time implementation fee, with no per-seat pricing.
