Getting started

LegacyCore is an AI-first insurance agency, not a SaaS vendor. The agency operates a coordinated set of AI agents that handle the full lifecycle of a final-expense policy. Operators host the carrier-portal automation locally and earn a flat fee per issued policy.

The four pillars

AI-first agency: The agency operates AI agents that handle the call, submit applications, and conserve policies. The platform is the agency's machinery, not a product sold to third parties.
Editorial design language: Warm-forest base + cream sections + gold accent. Editorial typography on every operator-facing surface.
Flat-fee compensation: Per-issued-policy flat fee, no commission splits, no percentage math. 60-day clawback admin runs automatically.
Deterministic scaling: The pipeline behaves the same way for the first issued policy as it does for the thousandth. Volume scales by adding operators, not by changing the system.

The five agents

LegacyCore runs five specialized agents, each owning a distinct slice of the lifecycle. They coordinate via Supabase real-time signals — when one finishes its phase, the next picks up where it left off.

Lead Harvester

Pulls leads from carrier feeds and inbound channels. Normalizes contact data, runs the TCPA + DNC gate, and routes qualified leads to the AI Closer queue.

AI Closer

Voice agent that handles the entire call: prospecting, qualification, health questions, verbal close, signature capture. Identifies as AI within the first 10 seconds where state law requires.

Portal Worker

Browser-based carrier-portal automation. Submits the e-app under the operator's licensed account in real time, walking the client through their own electronic signature.

Conservation

Post-sale outreach during the 60-day clawback window. Handles missed payments, doc requests, and retention conversations — keeping policies in force.

Compliance Monitor

Per-call compliance check, kill-switch state, DNC tracking, immutable audit log. Every call has to pass this gate before the AI Closer connects.
