- This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not employment. Operators are responsible for their own taxes, licensing, and business expenses, and do not receive employment benefits.
- LegacyCore makes no guarantee of income. Earnings depend on lead volume, individual effort, market conditions, and carrier acceptance rates, all of which vary.
- Operators are subject to a 60-day clawback window per the Independent Contractor Agreement.
- You consent to AI-assisted communications (voice and SMS) from LegacyCore as part of the recruiting and onboarding process.
