Recruiting & AI communication

This page consolidates disclosures applicable to LegacyCore LLC's recruiting communications, AI-assisted communications with prospective clients, and the structure of operator relationships. It is informational. It is not a contract. Binding terms governing any operator relationship are set forth in the Independent Contractor Agreement and any related schedules executed between the operator and LEGACYCORE LLC.

LegacyCore engages licensed insurance producers as 1099 independent contractors, not as employees. Independent contractor relationships do not include employment benefits (health insurance, paid leave, retirement contributions, workers' compensation, unemployment insurance) and are not subject to wage-and-hour rules applicable to W-2 employment. Operators are responsible for their own taxes, business expenses, licensing, and professional liability coverage. The terms of any operator relationship are governed by the Independent Contractor Agreement; this page does not modify or supplement that agreement.

LegacyCore makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any specific income, earnings, or business success that may result from operating as a node agent on the platform. Where dollar amounts appear in recruiting materials (including platform fees, setup fees, or example scenarios), those figures describe the structure of the arrangement, not a projection of operator earnings. Operator earnings depend on factors that vary by individual and that LegacyCore does not control or guarantee, including but not limited to: lead volume, lead quality, individual effort, market conditions, carrier appointment status, carrier acceptance rates, underwriting outcomes, and policy persistency. Past results, where described, are not indicative of future results.

Communications with LegacyCore — including inbound and outbound voice calls with prospective clients, post-sale conservation outreach, and certain recruiting communications — may be handled in whole or in part by AI-assisted voice agents and AI-drafted SMS or email content. Where required by applicable state law (including but not limited to Texas TRAIGA, where applicable, and similar emerging state statutes), the AI agent identifies itself at the start of each call. Recipients may opt out of further AI-assisted contact at any time by replying STOP to SMS or by request during a voice call. Communications with AI agents may be recorded and transcribed for compliance, quality-assurance, and training purposes. See the Privacy Policy for data-handling details.

Insurance products are offered exclusively through licensed insurance producers under their respective carrier appointments. Not all products are available in all states. Product availability, premium rates, underwriting standards, and acceptance are subject to each carrier's discretion and applicable state law. Carrier names appearing on LegacyCore properties are used to identify the carriers our licensed producers may be appointed with; their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation by the carrier beyond the producer's appointment.

LegacyCore implements technical controls intended to monitor and support adherence to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do-Not-Call registries, and applicable state telemarketing laws, including a per-call compliance check, internal DNC tracking, and an emergency kill-switch system. These controls support but do not substitute for the legal obligations of any licensed producer using the platform. Recipients may request to be added to LegacyCore's internal DNC list at any time.

Statements on LegacyCore properties about platform capabilities, business model, recruiting plans, or growth trajectory may be forward-looking. Forward-looking statements are based on assumptions current as of the publication date and are subject to change without notice. LegacyCore does not undertake to update them.

This page is informational. The binding terms governing any operator relationship, client relationship, or carrier appointment are set forth in the applicable signed agreements. In any conflict between the content of this page and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
