The Role

Licensed 1099 submission-node operator

Not a sales job. Not a closer job. An administrative role that runs the submission node and keeps it healthy.

AI sales agents answer the customer-initiated calls and handle the client conversation. The node operator's job is to complete each submission through a structured carrier-submission workflow, intervene when a case requires manual judgment, and ensure clean submission of issued policies.

Compensation is a flat fee per issued policy. There is no commission split, no percentage structure, and no monthly quota. The fee is structured by underwriting type (preferred placements at the higher tier, guaranteed-issue at a lower tier) and is governed by your Independent Contractor Agreement.

Production-grade infrastructure: TCPA-aligned voice agents, kill switches, audit trails, real DNC enforcement. You're not running a cobbled-together CRM.

Honest framing

What this is not

Not W-2 employment. No salary, no health benefits, no 401(k) match, no equity.
Not a guarantee of earnings. Operator income depends on lead volume, market conditions, carrier acceptance rates, and policy persistency — variables we don't control.
Not a closing role. The AI handles the verbal close. If you want to be the closer, this isn't the right role.
Not free. Platform fee is $497/month starting Month 3; setup fee is $2,500 billed after Month 3. The first two months (“Prove It First”) are platform-fee-free.

Required

Active insurance producer license

Operators must be licensed insurance producers in good standing. LegacyCore submits policies under each producer's appointments, so your appointment status and state license dictate which carriers and states your node can submit to.
