What AgentTech is built for

AgentTech offers two products. AgentTech Dialer is a browser-based insurance call center with a built-in CRM, sold per seat, for U.S. agencies, FMOs, IMOs and carriers, across lines that include Medicare, life, annuities, ACA, P&C and final expense. AgentTech 360 is an agency management platform for Medicare and life FMOs with ten workspaces; it became generally available on September 21, 2026.

Its final expense pages list lead management, automated follow-ups and real-time coaching for final expense sales, at $50 a seat.

What LegacyCore is built for

LegacyCore is the Final Expense Agency Operating System, for licensed agencies with 5 or more agents across several carriers. The SI Closer answers inbound calls, qualifies callers and books them with a licensed agent. The Portal Worker fills carrier applications and stops before the final Submit. Book Health checks connected carrier portals for lapse signals, missed payments and pending requirements, and Conservation SI drafts follow-up that a person approves before it sends. Agents, managers and admins each see their part of the same book.

Where AgentTech is stronger

  • Deeper call-center tools: five dial modes, supervisor whisper and barge, and routing by state license.
  • AI coaching during calls, and compliance scoring on every recording.
  • Outbound AI voice follow-up and AI mock calls for training. LegacyCore does not offer outbound calling today.
  • Lead and call marketplaces.
  • A low per-seat price with no setup fee or contract.
  • FMO-scale hierarchy, contracting and commissions in AgentTech 360.

Where LegacyCore differs

  • It works on the carrier side after the sale: application entry in the carrier's own portal, policy status and missed payments.
  • Chargeback Watch and Book Health are on every plan, and Conservation SI drafts the save follow-up for a person to approve.
  • Setup is done for you: carrier portals and workflows are configured during implementation.
  • The monthly price is flat, so it does not change as the team adds agents.
  • It works alongside the CRM or dialer you already use.

Which one fits

  • AgentTech may fit an agency that runs a phone floor and wants dialing, supervision, coaching and compliance scoring, priced per seat.
  • LegacyCore may fit a final expense agency owner with 5 or more agents whose bottleneck comes after the sale: carrier applications, policy status, chargebacks and saves across the downline.
  • The two cover different stages, so some agencies may run both. Ask each vendor how records move between them.
  • Check your carriers first. The Portal Worker fills applications on 6 carriers today, and carrier access is confirmed during setup.
